Information clause on the processing of personal data

Based on art. 13 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we inform you that:

The administrator of personal data is Concierge Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Kamienna 21, 31-403 Kraków;

The data administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector, who can be contacted via the following address: iod@mobirel.com;
The personal data transferred will be processed for the purpose of:
– implementation of the signed cooperation agreement (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR),

– implementation of procedures related to recruitment, including legalization of stay and work based on consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR),

– related to pursuing possible claims, compensations (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR),

– responding to your letters, requests and complaints (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter d of the GDPR).

the personal data obtained may be transferred to:
– public authorities or other entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable legal provisions (e.g. provincial office, labor office, court, prosecutor’s office, labor control authorities, police or other law enforcement authorities, other state or local government institutions).

The period of processing and storage of your data is related to the implementation of the purpose of processing and the implementation of contractual obligations.
The data will not be transferred to third countries.
The data subject has the right to:
– access their data,

– request rectification or supplementation of their data,

– request restriction or deletion of their personal data, to the extent permitted by applicable law,

– file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The data will not be used by systems used for automated decision-making.
